Entrepreneurship For All
Presented By:
Starting your own business is a great option for everyone, not just those born in privilege. Entrepreneurship unlocks the door to economic opportunity. But the challenges facing a growing business can be discouraging. During National Small Business Week, The Anson County Chamber of Commerce along with the Union County Chamber invited Brian Hamilton, founder of the Brian Hamilton
Foundation, to share wisdom and encouragement for local Small Businesses.
Brian Hamilton founded Sageworks, the first financial technology company in the nation and the largest provider of software to U.S. banks. He sold the company to a leading private equity firm in 2018 and has turned his attention to growing the Brain Hamilton Foundation, which helps bring entrepreneurship to people who would not otherwise have it; to include veterans, students and inmates.
In this talk, he will outline why entrepreneurship is one of the best alternatives for building wealth and how you can do it with limited resources.
